About the Cordeel Cup

The Cordeel Cup is a series of 6 challenges centred around our new corporate values. Each challenge has a link to one of these values and aims to make it better known within the organisation and to activate it. At each company or site, one or more teams can be assembled to take on this challenge. With each challenge, points can be earned. The team that leads after the six challenges wins the Cordeel Cup. The reward for all that hard work (and fun!) ? A nice lunch at a nearby restaurant for your team.

But not only the team with the most points wins, the team with the most/funniest photos will get the same fantastic prize.

Furthermore, we also offer a delightful prize to the winner of each challenge: a group activity in the region of the victorious team.

Build your team

Only Cordeel Group employees can participate. Multiple teams per location are possible. However, you can only register in one team. A mix of colleagues from different companies is certainly possible, as long as they are at the same location. A team consists of 8 to 15 people.

Share your pictures

Of course, we like to put fun activities in the picture. We will regularly share the submitted photos on our internal and external channels. But of course, you too can post fun photos on your Linkedin, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok,… Upload a photo (of good quality!), write a short text and share with the hashtags #CordeelCup #CordeelValues #WeAreCordeelGroup

Become a Cordeel Cup Captain!

To keep everything on track, we are looking for a Captain for each branch or location. This is like an ambassador who takes on the following tasks:

  • Enthusing and motivating colleagues to participate
  • Point of contact for practical questions
  • Organising the assignments:
    • The assignments and necessary materials are provided by HR and Marketing
    • The Captain schedules a date to carry them out and sends it to the teams
    • The Captain makes sure everything is ready
    • The Captain is a fair judge and ensures that the assignments are carried out correctly and fairly
    • The Captain records scores, takes photos and submits them via the form on the site
    • The Captain cheers for the local teams
    • The Captain asks colleagues to share the activity on social media with the correct hashtags
    • Of course, as a Captain, you yourself may be part of a team

You can apply via marketing@cordeel.eu or indicate your interest via the registration form (see button above).

Build your team

  • This task is played within your own team, not against another team.
  • Stack the blocks three by three, alternating a layer horizontally and vertically.
  • Roll the die. Remove the number of blocks indicated on the die without toppling the tower.
  • If a block contains a question or a task, the player answers the question or carries out the task immediately.
  • If a player has to take 2 or 3 blocks and both are described, only one question or task has to be completed.
  • The removed blocks must be put back on top of the tower.

You get a maximum of 90 minutes for this challenge. If the tower falls over during the game you may start again, as long as you complete within the 90 min after the initial start.

The tower has 18 layers at the start. How many levels will you reach? Based on the number of extra layers, your group will be awarded points.

Send us your score and be sure to also provide a photo of the final result that clearly shows the height/different levels.
